Until recently, it wasn’t possible to install it in Ubuntu 11.10, but recent updates have fixed some of the bugs and it’s now running great in Ubuntu 11.10.
This brief tutorial shows you how to install and configure it in Ubuntu 11.10.

To get started, press Ctrl – Alt – T on your keyboard to open Terminal. When it opens, run the commands below to add its PPA.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:realtime.sunlight.wallpaper/rsw
Next, run the commands below to update and install Realtime sunlight wallpaper.
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install gtk-sunlight
After installing, open Dash and find the program.
Then, choose your options and click ‘OK’ to save.
