The first beta version of Ubuntu 12.10 has just been released for download. It’s been little over a month since the last alpha version was release and just a month and a half to go before the final version is release to the public.

If you wish to test out this beta version, head of here and download an ISO image to install. Remember that software in beta states are not stable and not ready for production systems. So, if you’re testing it, use  a test station to install it on.
