All you need to do to get the latest version of Firefox in Ubuntu is to update your system. Today, if you’re using Ubuntu 12.04, just go to Update Manager and update your system and you’ll get upgraded to Firefox 15.0.

This new version introduces new features, including silent, background updates, support for SPDY networking, and optimized memory usage for add-ons. So, to get all these, just go and update your system.
