Beginning with Ubuntu Natty, most parental control tools that worked in previous versions no longer function correctly. So finding a nice application that will control the behavior or restrict kids browsing habits online is getting difficult in Ubuntu.

In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to enable the perfect parental control in Ubuntu using OpenDNS online service. This DNS service, when configured correctly, will block unwanted content and prevent sites that distribute viruses and spyware. You can also block social networking sites if you wish.
