    It’s not a bug, it’s because you have installed a 64-bit operating system.

    This -may- work. In a terminal;

    sudo apt-get install libc6-i386
    dpkg -i –force-architecture the_name_of_the_downloaded_package.deb

    tarra

    i worked the first code on terminal and it said that the code update is done.

    when i press the download again it still comes up with the first message.

    I’m trying the second code you’ve put in Ben.

    I’m assuming “the_name_of_the_downloaded_package”. is just “realplayer”

    is that right !?!?

    please advise. thanks
