Run KidZui Browser In Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx With Firefox

logoKidZui Browser is a free kid-friendly web browser that lets your kids browse safely online and comes with many fun games and activities. The only downside with KidZui Web Browser is that it doesn’t run as a standalone browser in Linux Systems. It is designed to run in Windows and Mac PCs only, but with Firefox, you can get it running under Linux systems. This short article will introduce to KidZui Web Browser if you don’t already know about it.

 

Getting started:

 

To get started, download and install KidZui K2 Browser from here.

Next, click ‘Restart Now’ to restart Firefox.

When Firefox is restarted, click ‘KidZui’ icon on the browser menu bar to open.

Next, slide the button on the left to turn off the welcome screen if you don’t want it to appear everytime you start KidZui Browser.

Your kids can start to play games immediately. To add some controls, click ‘Parental Control’ option from the menu bar.

Then Login or Sign up as a parent.

You must confirm your email address before you can begin to add kid profiles. Once you’re confirmed, click the ‘Parental Control’ option on top menu and configure KidZui.

If you enable KidZui to start when your computer starts, everytime your computer starts, Firefox will automatically open with KidZui.
