To get started, download and install Recuva from here.
Click Run when prompted.
Continue with the installation.
Click Finish.
Click Next to begin recovering your data.
Select the type of data to recover.
Click Start to start scanning.
If the first scan didn’t return any result, you can click Yes to perform Deep Scan on your computer.
Check the box next to the file you want to restore, then click Recover.
Put a check mark in the box next to the file you which to restore, the click Recover.
There’s no guarantees that your files will be recover uncorrupted. Try it and see if it works for you. Heck, it’s free!
