If you ever find yourself in a situation where the default Windows’ Add/Remove utility isn’t able to uninstall a program, you can turn to a free program that handles stubborn program quite well, and it’s called Uberstaller.
By default, if you need to install or uninstall programs in Windows, you must do it through the Add/Remove utility in the Control Panel. The Add/Remove utility works, but not quite like Uberstaller which ensures that all traces of the program are removed and optimized for performance.
This tutorial will show you how to use Uberstaller to remove programs that Add/Remove utility is unable to remove.
Installing Uberstaller:
Download and install Uberstaller from here.
Click the Next and accept the license agreement.
Click the Install button to install the program.
Next click Start –> All Programs –> then select Uberstaller
This is the default panel of Uberstaller. You can lookup a program by selecting G Lookup button below. To view more details of the program, click Details. Select the program in the list you want to uninstall and click the Uninstall button below.
After selecting the program to uninstall, click Next and terminate all the running processes of the program.
Click the Launch button to complete uninstalling the program.
You might need to restart your computer.
That’s all to it. Enjoy it and hope to see you soon.
